Terms of Service

Welcome to Doodle to Story. These Terms apply to the website, accounts, guest creation, AI generation, reading, sharing, exports, and related features.

Doodle to Story provides AI-assisted tools for uploading doodles, designing characters, writing stories, generating storyboards and illustrations, online reading, private sharing, and file exports. Some features may work through a guest session; others may require an account, credits, or future payment. Doodle to Story is an independent service built around its own product workflow and third-party model providers. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by an underlying model provider.

The service is not intended for independent registration or use by children under 13. Users below the age of legal adulthood in their region should use it with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate account information, protect your login method, and do not share, resell, or impersonate another account. You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session and should notify us of unauthorized access.

• Follow applicable law, these Terms, and the Content Guidelines.
• Upload only doodles, images, text, or other content that you created, are expressly authorized to use, or may lawfully use.
• Do not bypass safety restrictions, rate limits, credit rules, access controls, or provider content policies.
• Do not disrupt the service, servers, or background jobs, abuse resources through automation, probe vulnerabilities, or access another user's project.
• Do not upload passwords, identity documents, payment cards, malware, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

You retain rights you already hold in uploaded content. You authorize Doodle to Story and necessary providers to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process it only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that outputs are exclusive, registrable, suitable for a particular commercial purpose, or dissimilar to another person's output. You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploads, outputs, and publication do not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Live billing is not available; if future plans have different licenses, those limits will be shown before purchase.

Stories, storyboards, and illustrations are AI-assisted and may contain errors, inconsistencies, unexpected material, visual bias, or generation failures. A model provider may reject real-person, public-figure, sensitive, or other content under its safety rules. Review outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them. We may use third-party identity, database, storage, AI, email, job, and future payment services, and their independent terms may also apply. See the AI Content Disclosure.

Our handling of accounts, uploads, prompts, outputs, logs, and other information is described in the Privacy Policy. Guest requests are generally processed only as needed to complete operations, secure the service, debug problems, or maintain reliability. Signed-in information may be retained as needed for account, history, sharing, export, and support features.

Credits are used for specified AI generation or export operations and are not cash, deposits, or transferable property. Live purchases are disabled; test prices or transactions are not purchase promises. If paid access launches, price, currency, tax, credits, validity rules, and entitlements will appear on pricing or checkout pages. One-time credit packs do not automatically renew. Any future subscription will disclose renewal and cancellation rules before purchase.

Do not use the service to generate or attempt to generate illegal material; explicit sexual content or sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate material; hate or discrimination; harassment or exploitation; graphic violence; promotion of self-harm; dangerous instructions; fraud; impersonation; malware; infringement; or other content intended to harm others.

For content or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, infringement, or abuse risks, we may refuse generation, block sharing or export, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate service. A generation rejected by provider safety rules without a delivered result should not consume the corresponding credits.

Live billing is not available. If payments launch, refund eligibility will follow checkout disclosures and the Refund Policy without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law. Send account, privacy, generation-failure, credit, or future billing questions to support@doodletostory.com.

We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of every model or feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, provider changes, law, or business reasons, with notice and data options where reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Disclaimers, liability limits, and categories of damages cannot exclude non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these Terms as features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here and may also be announced through account email or an in-product notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service and use available export or deletion options under the Privacy Policy.
