This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Doodle to Story's AI-assisted doodle, character, illustration, and story creation service.

Doodle to Story takes privacy seriously and follows a data-minimization approach. We process only information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
We provide limited information to service providers only as needed for their functions. Depending on configuration, these may include:
We do not sell personal information. Provider entities, processing regions, subprocessors, retention, and training terms require contractual verification before launch. Some providers may process information outside your country or region.
Guest requests and incomplete uploads are generally retained only as needed to complete operations, secure the service, debug problems, or maintain reliability. For signed-in users, account information, projects, prompts, uploads, outputs, share links, and export records may be retained while needed to provide account and history features.
Expiry of an upload or read URL does not delete the underlying file. Signed-in users can export data and delete individual or all projects, share links, and their account. Security, anti-fraud, order, tax, accounting, or dispute records may be retained where legally required. Final periods for provider tasks, logs, and guest data must be confirmed before launch.
We use encrypted connections, short-lived signed URLs, access controls, project ownership checks, upload validation, rate limits, private share tokens, and security logs. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect user rights, we will investigate, contain it, and notify users and authorities as required by applicable law.
The service is not intended for independent registration or use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, or other authorized adult may use the service with doodles they are permitted to process. Do not upload a child's identity documents, precise address, contact details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child supplied information without appropriate authorization.
We may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here and may also be announced through account email or an in-product notice. The date at the top of this page will be updated.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access or a copy, correction, export, deletion of eligible data, restriction or objection to certain processing, and may complain to a regulator. We may verify identity and will explain information that cannot be deleted immediately for security, anti-fraud, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legal reasons.
Send privacy, access, correction, export, or deletion requests to support@doodletostory.com.
Where applicable, we process necessary information to perform our service relationship, comply with legal obligations, act with consent, and pursue legitimate interests such as providing and improving the service, protecting accounts and the platform, and preventing fraud or abuse. Consent for non-essential processing may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
